JC Hagen GmbH offers biodegradable PLA- and starch-based compounds. The product family name is ECOPOND. Grade FLEX-162 is starch based while FLEX-262 is a more innovative PLA-based compound. Both grades are easily processed on standard LDPE blown film machinery and converting equiqment. Componds and films are certified biodegradable according to DIN 13432 both by DIN Certco and VINCOTTE as OK-compost. PRODUKTE & DIENSTLEISTUNGEN

MINERV-PHA ist ein hochleistungsfähiges PHA-Biopolymer. MINERV-PHA besitzt ausgezeichnete thermische Eigenschaften. Mit Hilfe der Charakterisierung lassen sich Produktionserfordernisse von minus 10 °C bis plus 180 °C erfüllen. Das Produkt ist besonders für die Fertigung von Gegenständen im Spritzguss- und Extrusionsverfahren angezeigt. Weiterhin ersetzt es stark belastende Produkte wie PET, PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE. Polyhydroxyalkanoate oder PHA sind lineare Polyester, die in der Natur durch bakterielle Gärung von Zucker hergestellt werden. Mehr als 100 verschiedene Monomere lassen sich in dieser Familie zusammenfassen, um Materialien mit sehr verschiedenen Eigenschaften entstehen zu lassen. Es lassen sich thermoplastische oder elastomere Werkstoffe erzeugen, mit Schmelzpunkten, die zwischen 40 und über 180 °C variieren.
